Return and Refund Policy

At LabelUp, all of our products are made to order and personalized according to each customer’s specifications. Because of the custom nature of our items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and production has started.

We kindly ask all customers to review their order details carefully before placing an order, including text, colors, sizes, quantities, and uploaded artwork or logo files.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or another suitable solution.

We are always happy to help before production begins. If you have any doubts about your design, logo quality, or order details, please contact us before placing your order.
