3. Personalized products
Our products are made according to the specifications provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted text, spelling, measurements, colors, and uploaded files are correct.

4. Artwork and logo files
By submitting artwork, logos, or other files, you confirm that you have the right to use them. LabelUp is not responsible for any copyright, trademark, or licensing issues related to customer-provided materials.

5. Product appearance
We do our best to ensure that product images and colors are displayed as accurately as possible. However, actual printed colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings, materials, and printing processes.

6. Returns and refunds
Because all products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once production has started. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

7. Production and delivery
Production times may vary depending on the complexity of the order and confirmation of design details. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by external factors beyond our control.

8. Right to refuse an order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if the requested content is unlawful, offensive, infringes intellectual property rights, or cannot be produced to an acceptable quality standard.

9. Limitation of liability
LabelUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
